Terms & Conditions

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
A non-refundable 50% deposit of package price will be required at time of booking to hold your event date(s).  Payment of deposit must be in the form of direct deposit, with bank deposit details available after booking is made.  The deposit shall only be paid upon acknowledgment of the terms and conditions of this agreement.  This deposit will contribute toward the overall cost of the invoiced amount.

FINAL PAYMENT & SECURITY BOND
All outstanding payments are due 7 days prior to the date of the event.  Balances to be paid include the final total on the invoice, minus the deposit paid and an additional security bond of:

$50.00   (1-4 Teepees) 

$100.00 (5 - 7 Teepees)

$150.00 ( 7+ Teepees)

Balances not received prior to this deadline will result in the cancellation of the event.  Equipment and services booked by the hirer for the cancelled event date(s) will then be made available to other hirers.

CANCELLATION

The 50% deposit is non-refundable.  For outright cancellations for any reason more than 7 days prior to the event, this amount will be forfeited by the hirer.  For outright cancellations within 7 days of the event, 100% of the invoiced/paid amount will be forfeited by the hirer. 

SECURITY BOND

The additional $50 -$150 security bond will be required upon final payment of invoice with 7 days of event. This $50 - $150 security bond will be refunded to you within 24hrs after collection of goods providing there are no damages.

If hiring the Popcorn Machine, there will be an additional $50.00 security bond added.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
GlampCamp will deliver goods personally to the hirer.  The hirer must therefore be present at the nominated address to accept the goods at an agreed upon time.  Failure of the hirer to be present for delivery will result in cancellation of event.  Cancellation policy will then apply.  Onus is on the hirer to inspect goods upon receipt and report (to
GlampCamp Parties Representative) any damage to goods or discrepancies to the hire agreement, whilst the GlampCamp Parties Representative is present.  The business may, through negotiation with the hirer, attempt to resolve any such faults or discrepancies prior to the event where practicable.  The business is not obliged to compensate the hirer for any such faults or discrepancies reported after the event.

SETUP OF GOODS
The hirer is responsible for ensuring sufficient space is available and made clear for the equipment hired.
A GlampCamp Parties Representative will set up and dismantle equipment.

COLLECTION OF EQUIPMENT
A GlampCamp Parties Representative will personally collect goods from the hirer.  The hirer must therefore be present at the nominated address to return the goods at an agreed upon time the day after hire.  Failure of the hirer to be present for collection will result in additional hire charges.  A GlampCamp Parties Representative will dismantle and pack equipment for collection.

DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT
Damage to, or breakage of equipment during the hire period is the responsibility of the hirer. Repair or replacement charges for damaged equipment will be applicable after the hire date.

Pets, makeup (including nail polish), slime, permanent markers, paint, chewing gum, food and drinks are prohibited inside the Teepees. Any stains inside or outside the Teepees or equipment will result in a penalty charge plus cleaning fee of $50.00 which will be deducted from the security bond.

It is advised that no strong-smelling foods eg) curries, fish, chilli etc be cooked in the house when Teepee’s are hired. An extra cleaning charge of $50.00 will be deducted from your bond if equipment is returned with strong food odour.

When hiring the Popcorn Machine, the machine must be cleaned and wiped out before collection. If the machine is returned dirty, a $25.00 cleaning fee will be charged and taken from your bond.

DELIVERY FEES
We include FREE DELIVERY & PICKUP to Point Cook, Seabrook, Altona Meadows, Williams Landing & Truganina . Additional delivery charges apply outside this area. Outside of the 'free delivery area', a delivery fee of $30-$100 (depending on location) will be incurred.

LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES
GlampCamp Parties will not be liable for any personal injury, death or damage to property.
