WHAT AGES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR GLAMCAMP PARTIES

Our Teepee's best suit children from the age of 4 years through to adults.

DOES GLAMPCAMP DELIVER AND PICK UP? 

Yes we do. We offer FREE DELIVERY to locations within 15kms from Williams Landing, Victoria. A delivery fee will apply outside of area. We will contact you the week of your event to confirm the delivery and pick up times.

 

IS SET UP INCLUDED IN COST?

Set up by GlampCamp is an additional cost. We can take care of setting up all Teepee's and props. Setup takes roughly 1 hour.

Alternatively, for the more budget friendly option, you can choose to set up the party yourself, and we will deliver your pre-selected GlampCamp Teepee package to you.

HOW MUCH ROOM WILL I NEED? 

Each tent requires approximately 2m in length x 1.0m in width which allows room for the breakfast trays at the end of the mattress.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE THE TENTS FOR? 

GlampCamp will organise a mutually convenient time to deliver and pickup the Teepee package with you prior to the event.

CAN I HIRE EXTRA TEEPEE'S? 

Yes. Our packages range from 2 - 6 Teepees. Extra Teepee's are available to hire for additional $40 each.

DO GLAMPCAMP PROVIDE PILLOWS? 

For hygiene reasons we do not supply pillows. Each child is required to bring their own pillow.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES? 

GlampCamp requires a $50-$100 security bond upon booking the party. This security bond will be refunded within 24 hours of pickup providing the goods/items are not damaged. In the event an item is damaged and requires replacement, GlampCamp reserves the right to use the security bond to replace/rectify any damages caused. Additional charges may be applicable if damages are extreme.  Mattresses are not water proof. Please take every care to prevent children from drinking directly on the mattresses and utilise the breakfast trays for food and drinks. 

It is advised that no strong-smelling foods eg) curries, fish, chilli etc be cooked in the house when Teepee’s are hired. An extra cleaning charge of $50.00 will be deducted from your bond if equipment is returned with strong food odour.

CAN I SET UP TEEPEE'S OUTSIDE? 

GlampCamp Teepees require setup to be under cover at all times and protected from the elements.

A garage or enclosed pergola that is under cover is acceptable. Pets are to be kept away from equipment at all times.

 

DO I NEED A POWER OUTLET? 

No. All of GlampCamp parties lights are powered by batteries which are included in the pack.

IS THE LINEN LAUNDERED? 

All fitted sheets & blankets are laundered following each party. Teepee canvases are removable and laundered when required.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

The initial 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.  For outright cancellations for any reason more than 7 days prior to the event, this amount will be forfeited by the hirer.  For outright cancellations within 7 days of the event, 100% of the invoiced/paid amount will be forfeited by the hirer. 

Balance is due 7 days prior to party date and is non refundable. 

Due to Covid, if we are to enter a lockdown, you will have the opportunity to re-book your party at a later chosen date. If this does not suit, a gift voucher to the value of what you paid will be given to use in the future for another party booking. Gift voucher is transferrable.

PRIVACY POLICY​

We will not post any photo's of your children on social media without your permission.
